天津市第二人民医院-精准抗艾

天津市第二人民医院的前身是天津市传染病医院。医院始建于1920年，经过90多年的发展历程，医院已逐步发展成为一所集医疗、教学、科研、预防、保健为一体，内、外、妇、儿全面发展，以综合肝病治疗为特色的三级甲等专科医院。

　　Tianjin Second People’s Hospital was previously called Tianjin Infectious Hospital. It was established in 1920. With the development for more than 90 years, Tianjin Second People's Hospital has been a tertiary hospital comprised of medicine, teaching, research, prevention and health care with internal, surgical, gynecology and pediatrics medicine, and specialized in comprehensive treatment of liver diseases.

　　医院占地面积6万平方米，开放床位400张，年门诊量约20余万人次，年出院病人一万余人次。医院现有在职职工近700人。其中拥有高级职称的专业技术人员87人，拥有博士学位10人，硕士学位108人。

　　The Hospital covers an area of 60,000 square meters, with around 400 open beds, 200,000 outpatient capacity each year and 10,000 administration each year. The hospital includes 700 health care workers, which containing 87 persons with senior title, 10 with doctor’s degree, 108 with master’s degree.

　　研究所介绍Introduction

　　天津市肝病医学研究所由组建于1979年的原医院科研室发展壮大而来，2011年经市卫生局批准成立，依托于天津市第二人民医院，拥有与国际先进水平接轨的分子生物学实验室、医学生物工程学实验室、病理学实验室、分子病毒学与分子免疫学实验室以及生物标本库。研究所拥有流式细胞仪、罗氏480荧光定量PCR仪、罗氏cobas病毒载量全自动PCR仪、基因芯片杂交仪、罗氏454测序仪、激光共聚焦显微镜等先进设备，可用于HBV-DNA病毒载量检测、HCV-RNA病毒载量检测、CD细胞计数、HBV耐药位点检测、HBV基因分型、HCV基因分型、以及IL28B基因型和ALDH2基因型检测等。研究所目前主要致力于病毒性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌、脂肪肝、酒精性肝病、药物性肝病及自身免疫性肝病等的基础和临床研究，承担着国家科技部重大专项及国家自然科学基金等多项科研课题，研究水平国际领先。研究所高层次人才荟萃、学科设置齐全、技术力量雄厚、仪器设备先进，不仅完善了医院医、教、研的发展模式，也使医院在基础研究领域开拓了广阔的空间，构建了“转化医学”的研究思路。

　　Tianjin Institute of Hepatology was authorized by Tianjin Health Bureau in 2011. It was developed from research laboratory established in 1979 in our hospital and possessed laboratory of Molecular Biology, Medical Biological Engineering, Pathology, Molecular Virology and Molecular Immunology and Biological Specimen Banks. There are Flow Cytometer, Roche Fluorescent Quantitative PCR Analyzer 480, Roche COMBAS Viral Load Automatic PCR Analyzer, Gene Chip Hybridization Stations, Roche Sequencing Machine 454 and Confoeal Laser Scanning Microscopy in institute and HBV-DNA viral load, HCV-RNA viral load, CD cells counts, HBV resistance loci test, HBV genotype, HCV genotype, IL28B genotype and ALDH2 genotype can be carried out. The basic and clinical research of viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, hepatic carcinoma, fatty liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, drug induced liver disease and autoimmune liver disease are the main field of institute. Besides, it has taken on Ministry of national science and technique project and NFSC project, which leading the area internationally. There are many talents, complete disciplines, strong technique and advanced instruments in institute, not only improving the developing model of medical treatment, scientific research and medical education in the hospital, but also develop the area of basic research and translational medicine.

　　医院丙肝科建立了日间病房管理的新模式，并与社保中心合作，实行了“丙型肝炎按人头付费”新的付费模式。成为全市唯一的试点医院。这种新的付费模式的建立，不仅方便了慢性丙肝患者的就医，减轻了患者的经济负担，节约了医保资源，最重要的是探索出了一种为医保患者服务的新模式，为破解看病难、看病贵的问题作出了贡献。

　　HCV Department in our hospital has established a new model of day-care unit and cooperated with social insurance center to create a new payment pattern of capitation for HCV patients, which is the only experimental hospital in Tianjin. The new way of payment not only facilitates patients with HCV and reduces their economic burdens, but also explores a new model for patients with health insurance and contributes to solving the problems of difficulties and high cost in treatment.

　　妇产科是医院的特色科室，对于乙肝病毒母婴垂直阻断传播有深入的研究，阻断成功率达到98%以上，居于全国领先水平。对于患有HBV、HCV、HIV、梅毒等各种传染病的患者可进行如全子宫切除、盆腔肿物切除、宫外孕、终止妊娠手术等相应的手术。

　　Gynecology and Obstetrics Department is the feature in our hospital and it has studied maternal infant block for HBV intensively with success rate of 98%. In addition, panhysterectomy, pelvic tumor resection, ectopic pregnancy operations and terminating gestation for patients with HBV, HCV, HIV and syphilis infection can be operated.

　　外科成立于2009年，是我院综合发展的一个新里程碑，更是天津市普通外科界的一支新兴力量。外科充分发挥治疗肝炎后各种肝脏疾病的特色优势，重点开展原发性肝癌的外科手术治疗和各种介入治疗、门静脉高压症和各种原因引起的梗阻性黄疸的外科治疗、以及半肝切除术等普外科疑难复杂手术。其中已成功地采用先进的脾切除、门奇静脉断流术为300多例患者实施手术。还常规开展普外科常见急腹症的诊治，同时也对消化道常见肿瘤如胃癌、十二指肠癌等开展诊疗工作。

　　Surgical Department was established in 2009 and it is a milestone for our hospital on the road of comprehensive development and a rising force in general surgery area in Tianjin. Surgical Department focus on primary hepatic carcinoma, interventional therapy, portal hypertension and obstructive jaundice for various reasons. And it has completed 300 splenectomy and portal-azygous disconnection. Besides, common acute abdomen in general surgery and common digestive tumor, such as gastric cancer and duodenal cancer, are also routinely carried out.

　　Infectious Department in our hospital treated notifiable infectious diseases. Infectious Department Ⅱ is established as a modernize and normalize section for HIV and STD according to related national regulations.
